Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Radio Station Jayapura is one of the radio broadcasting institutions that has a national-scale broadcasting system in Indonesia. Station Republic of Indonesia Jayapura Radio is currently running an offline or manual advertising ordering process, thus making clients have to go directly to the Republic of Indonesia Jayapura Radio Station which will certainly require more time, effort, and cost and will slow down the ad ordering process. The manual advertising order process is less effective because the Business Development Service employee must always be at the office location so that the advertising order process can be carried out. The purpose of this research is to design a system that can be used to assist the process of ordering advertisements on the Radio Station of the Republic of Indonesia Jayapura. System Development Method used is Waterfall and System Modeling Method uses UML with PHP programming language using Codeigniter framework and MySQL as a database. The results of this study are a web-based advertising ordering information system that is expected to provide convenience in the advertisement ordering process, to facilitate the work of employees in the Business Development Services (LPU) field and make it easier for clients to order advertisements.
