Pengembangan Sistem ERP untuk Optimalisasi Proses Bisnis di Bidang Jasa Desain “CMYK Production” Menggunakan Aplikasi Odoo

Abstract

Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a strategic technological choice for companies aiming to optimize their business strategies. Effective and well-coordinated management of business operations is crucial in attaining success in design services. "CMYK Production," a design services company specializing in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) color format print materials, currently relies on manual business processes, utilizing Microsoft Excel for report generation. However, manual data processing and information handling have become less efficient and prone to inaccuracies in today's context. This research centers around developing an information system utilizing the ERP software known as Odoo. This research discusses the development of information systems using ERP software, Odoo. Researchers used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method to develop this system. The system design process is carried out by conducting a business process reengineering on current business processes and continuing with process design modeling, described by an overview of the system. With the Odoo ERP system, "CMYK Production" can integrate existing business processes, especially in sales, finance, material purchasing, warehouse, and reporting with the sales, accounting, purchasing, and inventory modules in Odoo. Thus increasing time efficiency in the form of reducing the duration of time required in recording and storing documents manually.
